This website was created for Sierra View homeowners to have up to date information regarding the actions of the HOA and the process we can collectively take to dissolve this HOA.

Over the last 49 years, the homeowners of Sierra View Association could count on low annual dues, minute amenities and minimal contact with our HOA. However as of recently these objectives have changed. For most people, Sierra View Association has been invisible with little to no information provided to homeowners. Since 2025, there have been mass resignations among the staff and board of directors, allegations of corruption and fraud, and refusals to grant access to records when members have requested transparency as well as other major concerns regarding the stability of the HOA. The Board of directors  constantly ignore the authority our By-Laws and Rules and Regulations, and most recently, a corporate HOA company, "First Service Residential" is now managing daily affairs.

As homeowners, we do not want to wait until it is to late. Whether that's a special assessment, dues being raised or continued neglect to the amenities WE pay for. As a group, we will take the necessary steps to dissolve this HOA with the help of homeowners!
