About Us:

We are a group of homeowners that have been tracking the activities of this HOA closely for the last two years. Not just for ourselves but also for our neighbors. As a group, we will be taking initiative to start the change, manage all aspects needed and dissolve the HOA for good. We will take all the necessary steps needed to terminate Sierra View as we are passionate about changing the community we live in. We intend on using all means to inform all residents of Sierra View on the state of affairs here.

Is your information safe with us?

We understand that some residents are scared of retalation from FSR and Sierra View Association. We will not share any personal information, petitions collected or donations recived with anyone. All information provided is confidential. Our group is not affiliated with Sierra View Assocation, any SVA hired employees or First Service Residential.

I don't want trouble. Will you keep our names confidential?

All of our donors and members will remain private and off the record. All petitions collected will be locked up until we are ready to file them. Once filed, your name will be just one of more than 1000 names in Sierra View. You are not alone!

How will you spend the donations?

Donations are to pay for:

Cost incured on running Sierra View United
All postal services
Attorney's fees for legal matters

We set up our non-profit to handle the money. Any unused money will be turned over to another non-profit to help disabled veterans.
